Return Process

Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all charging cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund or exchange.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
